Easy 7-Day Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and seals intact

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Earrings and pierced jewellery
• Items showing signs of use or wear
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged or wrong product? We’ve got you covered.
• Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery
• We recommend recording an unboxing video for quick resolution Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

How to Request a Return

• Your order number
• Reason for return Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• For damaged or incorrect items, ZORIVA will cover the shipping cost

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of the status
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
